End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Oblivion Group LLC ("LockedIn", "we", "us") for the LockedIn desktop application and any updates or documentation (the "Software"). By installing or using the Software you agree to this EULA.
1. License grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, for your own personal or internal business use, in accordance with your plan and this EULA.
2. Restrictions
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software except as permitted by law; (b) distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the Software; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law; (d) remove or alter any proprietary notices; or (e) bypass, disable, or tamper with license validation or usage limits.
3. Webcam & local processing
The Software accesses your webcam solely to provide focus detection, processed entirely on your device. The Software does not record, store, or transmit webcam imagery. You are responsible for using the Software in environments and ways that respect the privacy of others around you.
4. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual-property rights.
5. Updates
We may provide updates, which are subject to this EULA unless accompanied by separate terms. We may modify or discontinue features over time.
6. Third-party components
The Software includes third-party open-source components licensed under their own terms, which permit our use and are acknowledged in the Software or its documentation.
7. Term & termination
This EULA applies until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using and delete the Software. Lifetime licenses remain valid for the lifetime of the product subject to this EULA.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and limit our liability as set out in our Terms of Service. The Software is a productivity aid and is not a medical device.
9. Export & compliance
You agree to use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws, including export-control and sanctions laws.
